The Compliance Department is seeking a temporary team member to support program finance functions for 10-12 months, covering a parental leave. This role will ensure smooth operational performance and assist with financial grant and contract management, from proposal development to close-out. Hala collaborates with various government funders, with programs primarily focused on Syria and Ukraine.

This is a Full-time, Fixed-term position located in Lisbon (or remote locations within a 5-hour range), with a yearly base salary range of [54.000€-64.000€]. Alternatively, this role is also available in the east coast of the US, with a corresponding yearly base salary range of [95,000$-105,000$].
